Wow, this sounds like what I went through with a client. I let them go on Dec 31st. I found myself spending way too much time on them and I didn’t charge enough. I had many other clients that were easier and things working much smoother. I had to let go and I’m relieved now.

I upsold another client with services and almost made up the money already. Things work out when we sit back, observe and breath a little.
