How blogging has changed over the years.
How blogging has changed.

As I’ve been blogging at Inspire To Thrive since 2012 I have seen dramatic changes to the characteristics of blogging. The past year alone has made remarkable changes to the blogging world.

So many of the bloggers I knew back in 2012 are no longer around. The few remaining like Adam Connell of the Blogging Wizard and Ryan Biddulph from Blogging From Paradise remain.

Others like Ileane Smith and Mayura DeSilva are still around but not so much in the blogging side of things. I’ve learned so much from them all over the years.

Adam’s recent post about the changing landscape of blogging inspired me to writing this piece.

The biggest change I’ve experienced is in the use of AI. Not just to help you write, but to edit, and make blog posts into videos, etc. The infinite choices of what you can do with AI for your blog today are endless.

Back in 2012 I don’t remember having grammarly around to edit my misspelled words and grammar disasters.

Luckily there was a great group of blogger communities who helped one another and let me know in private messages so I could edit them.
